I've learned to at least see how I let my emotions take over my actions. As if they are the true reality and I must respect them. When I let reason and sense dictate, then I feel I am sacrificing. So when others are around it's easier to go with the longer term beneficial action. Hence why they don't have office walls. Today, Friday, I felt I had worked enough this week (actually not that much) and felt tired. This tiredness ruled. Don't feel like doing much. "I Think I love my Wife" was a movie that I can relate to and let it get the best of me. Of course, it degenerated to gags and cliche but I stayed as long as I could. Basic need to coddle and be coddled. Food will do it. Attention of course. But when alone and not focused, I can drift looking for niceties. Got to get over it. If I know the day will end socially, then I think I can keep up a rhythm. Justified not going to work by ???
